Challenge: NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® were looking for an engaging promotional strategy which would increase sales and sell out volume of the new NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machines whilst providing customers with a valuable incentive.
Solution: Customers who purchased a participating machine during the promotional period were encouraged to complete the online claim form and upload a copy of their purchase receipt.
Claims were validated and successful customers were directed to the Terracycle site, which provided instructions on how to return their old capsule machines.
Once documentation and machines were received and validated, customers received their $50 reward.
Results: Utilising our solution; Trade In-Trade Up we provided a tailored end to end solution from web build to management of validation and a dedicated customer service team. So far, the promotion has received great interest.
